Services Available from SFRC&D

SFRC&D can provide services in the following areas: Contract administration, project administration, grant writing and management, and project conceptualization, design and implementation.

Contract Administration

SFRC&D staff will administer your entire contract process by developing specifications, writing requests for proposal, interviewing and screening prospective contractors, evaluating bids and issuing the written contracts.

Project Administration

After contracts are issued, SFRC&D will coordinate implementation and completion of the project including inspections and documentation.  SFRC&D will act as the liaison between your organization and the contractors.

Grant Writing

Got a great idea for a community project but don't know where to get the funds?  SFRC&D can assist with grant writing and funding research.  We can help you find the money to get the project done!

Grant Management

Got the grant, but you don't have the resources to provide the deliverables required by the grant?  SFRC&D can help you produce the reports, financial statements and data presentations to provide the grant makers when the project is complete or during required updates.

Project Conceptualization, Design and Implementation

Have a great idea to improve the quality of life in South Florida but your not sure how to get it off the ground? Let SFRC&D put their project experience to work for you by using your vision to make the project a reality.

Community Outreach

SFRC&D is available for presentations.  SFRC&D can make presentations on current projects in your area, general presentations about land conservation, water management, community development or environmental enhancements, or we can create a presentation on a specific project in which your group is interested.  We will tailor the presentation to any age group or level of interest.  Some topics that may be of interest:
